Recently, the world has been clothed with fear as A(H1N1) virus which is commonly called as swine flu deathly attack the entire planet by cutting billions of lives. The worst, the numbers of victims are still counting. The next victim can be me, you or anyone of us here.

With the increase of newly-discovered diseases that can be fatal to our daily existence, artificial food scatter around the market stalls. Aside from that numerous people prefer to dine outside with the help of menus featuring foods with high calories and fats. But the question is- are these kinds of foods safe to be eaten? No they are not. Researchers proved that this kind of foods contains toxic that can weaken our immune system.

But we can avoid to be victimized by A (H1N1) virus and other causes of illness like cancer, diabetes and even diarrhea and common cold. According to the experts, even the swine flu which results to countless deaths can't be able to penetrate to our body system if have a strong shield of protection against foreign organisms.
This shield ladies and gentlemen is our immune system. But the success and strength of the said shield varies from us, from the food that we take in our bodies. If we include proper diet of nutritious foods like vegetables and fruits which are usually found only in our backyard, we will have a 100% power against foreign germs.

"Prevention is better than cure." This is saying that you can hear from any nutritionists. This is because what causes to have these diseases? Eating fatty foods for instance, results to much liquor will lead to the inflammation of the kidney. This implies that the condition of our bodies against diseases depends from the food that we eat. If we will have nutritious meal, all the sickness and diseases can be prevented and we will have a healthy lifestyle.
